What is Six Dates for Catholic Couples? It is a program designed for married couples to be a simple and fun way of strengthening their marriage. It consists of, you guessed it... 6 Date Nights where couples gather together to watch a 15 minute video and then are sent out to have their individual dates wherever they choose. The program is based off of a book by John Bosio.
Six Date evenings are for couples to reconnect with the positive aspects of their marriage, to celebrate what they have, and enjoy each others' presence! Our Christian faith is an essential foundation of our marriage, it gives us strength and is a source of joy.
At St. Vincent's we will meet six different Saturday evenings on a monthly basis. Each time we meet we will watch the short video presentation on a topic related to our faith and marriage. After the video each couple will go on a date by themselves to have a conversation on the topic.
